Wisemen Trading Company is top-notch. The wash stand came separate fromthe tubs and was minus some hardware because the box had a hole. The company sent out replacement screws and nuts next day delivery! I was impressed. Good service like this is hard to find. As for the tubs themselves, they're sturdy and made of galvanized metal. As other reviewers mentioned, there is a slight issue of fit but I was able fo bend everything together to fit. I bought twenty lockwashers from my local Ace Hardware to keep everything tight.I bought the tubs because our power compNy (Duke Energy) is horrible, and at the slightest storm or wind we can be out of power for two or three days. The next time we get hit with a hurricance here in coastal Florida, I have no doubt it will be like New Orleans after Katrina with power out for weeks. At least now we have a way to wash clothes!Another tip: the wringer that Amazon recommends with these tubs doesn't fit; it is too long. However, the bottom clamps allow for some angling. I bought a rubber furniture coaster (again from my friendly neighborhood hardware store) to wedge inside the wringer's bottom clamp. So, one clamp goes between the two buckets where i should, and the other one clamps on to the lip of the rinse bucket at an angle. It's a kludge, but it works. This product is made in Mexico and is well-built. It's a little pricey, but good luck finding anything comparable for less. I am very satisfied with my purchase.======Addendum June 2018. I was missing a part and contacted Wiseman Trading Company who shipped out a replacement - a year after I bought the tubs. Now that's service that is difficult to find anymore! I am very pleased.
